About the Author

Amit Vohra is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Law Graduate. He is an eminent lecturer in the disciplines like Industrial and Labour Laws, Corporate Law and General Laws. He is also consultant for Corporate Law and Secretarial Matters to the number of reputed companies. He is a visiting faculty member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), the Institute of Commerce and Management (IOCM), Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) and Institute of Cost Account of India (ICAI). He has also Imparted Satellite lecturers to the student of CS and CA community under GAAP Bright Satellite Classes.
